1. Acceptable use
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website, impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website, or disruption to other users. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or connected with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
Website submissions must be safe for members to view. Only one video should play on a page at a time. Pages with multiple auto-playing videos, very heavy video players, or high-bandwidth embedded content may be rejected or paused because they can consume excessive bandwidth, slow down the viewer application, or affect other members' computers. Dailymotion and similar heavy video embeds may be restricted if they cause performance issues.
You must not add sites that contain hateful, threatening, pornographic, violent, nudity-related, graphic, or gratuitously violent content. BigHits4U may reject or remove any website that is unsafe, offensive, misleading, or unsuitable for the traffic exchange network.
You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of, or is linked to, spyware, computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keystroke loggers, rootkits, or any other malicious computer software.
2. Account and traffic exchange rules
Users must provide accurate account information and keep their login details secure. One person must not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits, referral rewards, website approvals, withdrawal limits, or platform limits.
Do not use the same IP address, device, browser profile, proxy network, or machine fingerprint to create or operate multiple accounts for abuse. If BigHits4U detects suspicious multi-account activity, the account may be limited, disabled, or reviewed without further notice by our automated and manual security systems.
Running the viewer application must follow platform rules and fair-use limits. BigHits4U may pause, block, or limit traffic activity that appears automated in an abusive way, damages system quality, overloads resources, or violates advertiser or member safety rules.
3. No warranties
This website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. BigHits4U.com makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information, services, and materials provided on this website.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, BigHits4U.com does not warrant that:
- this website will be constantly available, or available at all; or
- the information on this website is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
4. Limitations of liability
BigHits4U.com will not be liable in any way, whether under the law of contract, the law of torts, or otherwise, in relation to the contents of, use of, or otherwise in connection with this website:
- to the extent that the website is provided free of charge, for any direct loss;
- for any indirect, special, or consequential loss;
- for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business relationships, reputation, goodwill, information, or data; or
- for any interruption, delay, suspension, or change in traffic delivery caused by system conditions, third-party services, member availability, campaign settings, or safety controls.
Where earnings, commissions, or advertiser-funded rewards apply, BigHits4U.com is not obligated to complete payment to an end user until BigHits4U.com has received the corresponding payment from the advertiser or payment source for that end user's participation.
These limitations of liability apply even if BigHits4U.com has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
5. Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to BigHits4U.com's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms in any way, BigHits4U.com may take any action it deems appropriate to deal with the breach. This may include suspending or disabling your account, pausing your websites, removing traffic credits, blocking access from your IP address or device, contacting your internet service provider, or bringing legal proceedings where appropriate.
6. Variation
BigHits4U.com may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date they are published on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure that you are familiar with the current version.
7. Refund Policy
The money-back guarantee applies only to the first purchase and only within 7 days of that purchase. Please test our traffic exchange service fully before making multiple purchases.
BigHits4U provides digital services. Once traffic credits, minutes, slots, or other digital services have been delivered, used, or mostly consumed, they are not refundable. Multiple purchases are not covered by the first-purchase money-back guarantee.
We spend significant yearly resources to provide, maintain, and operate the traffic exchange service. Payment processor fees, including PayPal fees, are non-refundable. PayPal fees may range from approximately 5% to 10%, and this non-refundable fee rule applies from May 25th, 2026.
Refund requests are considered only when you directly contact us at [email protected].
BigHits4U reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, multi-account manipulation, policy violation, or if the service has already been mostly used.
