1. Digital service delivery

BigHits4U provides digital traffic exchange and website promotion services. Once credits, minutes, slots, or subscriptions are activated or consumed, they may not be fully refundable.

2. Eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same package.
  • Payment completed but package was not credited due to a verified technical issue.
  • Wrong charge caused by a system or billing error.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Credits, minutes, traffic, slots, or subscriptions already used or delivered.
  • Websites rejected or paused because they violate platform rules.
  • Analytics platforms not counting every visit exactly as expected.
  • Account suspension caused by abuse or policy violations.
